Hi, I’m Nicole.

I created the Wake-Up Call for women like me.

Women who carry a lot, hold things together, and quietly worry about what's coming with their parents while also knowing they're tired of putting their own life on hold. (Trust me, I've lived it.)

I'm a pillar of strength for women navigating midlife on their own terms.

My work isn't coaching. It's not therapy. It's the deeper conversation most women are craving:

about who they've become for everyone else,

what they're ready to choose now,

and how to lead their family without losing themselves in the process.
